Practice groups provide opportunities for learning, growth, and connection to the principles of Nonviolent Communication, within a supportive community. The consistent structure can help you apply and integrate NVC awareness in your daily life.
Local practice groups are self forming, and lead by students of NVC, with different levels of experience. Group format and structure can vary widely depending on the needs and learning levels of group participants. We encourage you to find the group that meets your specific learning needs or help to create one yourself.
