Do you want more peace and ease in your relationships? Perhaps the skills and consciousness offered by Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is for you!

Learn to:
• Speak what is true for you in a way that others are more likely to be able to hear.
• Hear the pain that others express in a way that supports connection.
• Ask for what you want in a way that inspires natural giving.

In this evening and day workshop we will learn and practice the four steps of the NVC process using examples offered by the participants. We will practice expressing ourselves without judgment and/or blame. We will practice hearing another’s pain in a way that inspires them to remain in connection rather than shutting down or getting angry. And we will provide support to each other concerning the times when communication was not as easy as we hope for. Graduates from this class may attend any of Fred’s advanced classes.

Fred Sly begin_of_the_skype_highlighting     end_of_the_skype_highlighting is a certified NVC trainer with a decade of NVC experience. Fred has offered trainings to individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations. Fred serves on the board of directors of the Oregon Network for Compassionate Communication and has organized the Oregon Prison Project that provides NVC trainings inside Oregon State Penitentiary.
